Dear colleagues!

I’m happy to welcome you in a new iris season of spring-autumn, 2007. This year winter turned out to be very warm and soft, the most favourable for the wintering of irises for the last ten years. All the species by American (Shreiners, Black, Keppel, Gio) and, certainly, Ukrainian selectionists proved themselves the best.

This catalogue contains much more original and refined irises than the previous one. Especially I’d like to please you with brand new species by Nina Panasivna Miroshnychenko, the goddess of Ukrainian selection, and my own species of “cosmic irises” – “Syzokryliy Ptah”, “Ay-Petri”, “Livadiyskiy Palac”, “Ironia Doli”...

Moreover, I’m pleased to present marvelous, well-shaped and elegant irises: amethyst violet “Halyna Korniyenko”, "Versal", dark blue and violet “Ayu-Dag”, ink blue of excellent shape “Stariy Dzvonar”. I would like these new species to become your favourite and give you real pleasure and enjoyment. Taking the opportunity, I’d like to thank you, my old friends, for your letters, impressions and ideas considering the cultivation of irises. May your iris collections be an oasis of goodness, love and beauty.
